Unfortunately due to the nature of our technology and services we are not able to process any sort of refund. We do offer exchanges for our AI products in the form of consultation credit. For example, if an AI product is refunded, we would revoke customer access, and give equal redeemable credit for expert consultation. NOTE** This must be requested within 1 month of purchase of any product package. CONSULTATIONS are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE
